ROYAL CARIBBEAN is being pressed for answers by the mother of a toddler who fell to her death through an open window of the eleventh deck on the Freedom of the Seas cruise ship. Mum of 18-month-old Chloe, Kimberly Wiegand, has now spoken out for the first time.
