BEFORE John Grisham, before TV’s Law And Order, Kavanagh QC and Judge John Deed, there was Scott Turow. The bestselling American author almost single-handedly created the modern legal thriller with his 1987 blockbuster Presumed Innocent, which spawned the hit movie starring Harrison Ford as a lawyer accused of murder.
