A MANIAC is under arrest in Germany after wrenching the five-year-old child of a stranger from his mother’s arms before leaping with him beneath the wheels of an incoming train. The deranged man, an Indian, lay between the rails at Wuppertal railway station clutching the child as the train rolled over them.
