Glam rockers Slade forced to cancel tour after Dave Hill knocked down
CHRISTMAS time chart-toppers Slade have been forced to pull out of upcoming tour dates after guitarist Dave Hill was knocked down by a cyclist on a seafront and fractured his elbow.
