CHANCELLOR RISHI SUNAK is reportedly planning to lower the salary level at which some Britons start repaying loans. Graduates on lower salaries will now meet the threshold to start making loan payments under the proposal. Mr Sunak is looking to make drastic changes to student financing as part of his spending review before the October budget.
