THE NEW state pension is forecast to increase by upwards of £300 a year, according to experts. Recently, the Government broke its triple lock pledge in lieu of a ‘double lock’ option to avoid paying out billions of extra pounds to pensioners. New analysis has revealed that the state pension will still increase a sizable amount annually.
