Things We Saw Today: Come Meet the Porgs of the Guardians of the Galaxy Ride

Disney’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride has some new friends for you to meet. The Vyloos, pictured above on Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn’s Instagram, will be added to the menagerie of The Collector’s specimens that line your wait for the ride. Gunn wrote, “Be careful around these critters. They look cute, but lash out when startled.” (via /Film)

  • The gaming company Razer reposted the racist “De Wey” meme on Twitter. (via Gizmodo)
  • The live-action Teen Titans series appears to be casting for Solstice, a lesser-known member of the team who’s of Indian descent. Per usual with these casting calls, the true identity of the character is a bit disguised, but that was the best guess from the team over at ScreenRant. (via ScreenRant)
  • According to a report in Page Six (so, take it with a grain of salt), Woody Allen’s upcoming film Rainy Day “will either not come out or get dumped by Amazon without any p.r. or theatrical release.” (via Jezebel)
  • These Harry Potter cakes over at Nerdist are ridiculously gorgeous.

That’s all I’ve got for today, TMSers! What’d you see?
