MICHAEL Gove has pulled out of a planned press conference this morning on environmental policy, citing “other diary commitments” as the Tories’ Brexit crisis continues to cause chaos in Westminster. The Environment Secretary had been due to address an audience at the Institute of Civil Engineers at the launch of a campaign to raise awareness of the need for ocean conservation.
